Simply Self Care is your home for wellbeing. Utilising the practices of yoga, meditation and building mindful habits our goal is to make self care simple and accessible. 

 

At Simply Self Care we know that you want to be at your best….the best parent, the best employee, the best friend, the best son/daughter, the best colleague, the best human... 

 

To be everything for everyone we must first start with ourselves.

 

Much like on a flight, the air stewards tell parents to fix their own oxygen before that of their child, we must first take care of ourselves in order to take care of others.

About Emma

Hi, I'm Emma

Mum. Wife. Professional. Friend. Yoga teacher. Perfectionist. Business owner. Nature lover. Leader. Cook. Cleaner. Children’s entertainer. The list goes on....

Like you I am many things to many people.

 

My love of yoga and of self development began at a London Yoga Studio, over 10 years ago. A professional dancer at the time, I enrolled on their Yoga Teacher programme and with that the course of my career shifted. I spent the next 5 years running that studio; growing and coaching a strong team and bringing yoga and transformation to hundreds of people. You could say that the studio and I grew together.

After the arrival of my eldest child I returned home to the Welsh Valleys to focus on growing my own family and founded Simply Self Care, providing yoga and wellness in Abergavenny, South Wales.

 

Throughout my time teaching I have worked with people from all different backgrounds and abilities; working with the staff in hospitals, athletes, in prisons, professionals and young people. Self care practices that are simple and effective are accessible to everyone.

At the heart of Self Care is the self, is you. Each lesson. Each tool brings you closer to knowing yourself better. Closer to complete vitality.

I believe at my core we are all doing our best…. but if we feel good, are more resilient, more energised, our best becomes a whole lot better!

Through listening and responding to your body and your self you can establish true vitality. a vitality that shines bright. a vitality that pours into all areas of your life.
