14 DAY PROGRAMME
SPRING AWAKENING
As we move into spring there is a natural bubbling of energy within us. These morning rituals will help you to cultivate that energy to bring vitality and presence to your days.
Throughout this 14 day wellbeing programme we will explore combinations of yoga, meditation, breathwork, mantra, journaling, inspirational themes and quotes. Each practice is short, just 30-45 minutes, offering you the time to begin your day as you mean to go on.
As we all know, small changes build to become habits and good habits have the power to change your life. You will notice as you go through the programme the impact of this short morning session on each day and each week.
This programme is all online combining Live and recorded classes.

Emma Saunders
My love of yoga and of self development began at a London Yoga Studio, over 10 years ago.
I spent the next 5 years running that studio; growing and coaching a strong team and bringing yoga and transformation to hundreds of people.

After the arrival of my eldest child I founded Simply Self Care, providing yoga and wellness in Abergavenny, South Wales.
Spring Awakening is a programme that will show you small and consistent action is the most powerful practice when it comes to your wellbeing. I hope you enjoy!

It is with enormous gratitude that I welcome Juliet to Simply Self Care. An immensely talented teacher Juliet brings with her many years of experience that she weaves into her classes which are a glorious exploration of body and mind.

On yoga Juliet says; Yoga underpins every aspect of my life, both on and off the mat. Rolling onto my mat every day is an act of remembering what matters most. It is an essential tool I use to navigate life through its inevitable ups and downs and, move through it all with as much ease and grace as possible, ultimately so that I am better able to serve and connect to others.
